Usage Guidelines for Lunare.net and any Lunare Hosted domains:<p></p>

This is a private system for the use of people personally known by or have the explicit permission of the Lunare.Net management.</p>

<p>Sending unsolicited e-mail to any lunare.net address, or any affiliated address hosted on the same equipment is subject to the following agreement:</p>

<p>Terms:</p> 
"Local Address" is an address or domain name residing on Lunare.Net equipment.</p>
"Spam" is any unwanted or unrequested e-mail communication sent to "Local Addresses".</p>
"Spammer" is any individual or organization sending "Spam".</p>
<p>Conditions:</p>
By sending Spam to any Local Address, you agree to the following:</p>
You have read and understand this agreement.</p>
Ignorance of this agreement does not invalidate agreement in any way</p>
If you do not agree with the rules of the agreement, you will not Spam any Local Address.</p>
Determination of what is deemed wanted and unwanted e-mail is at the sole discretion of Lunare.Net Management.</p>
Determining what addresses are Local Addresses are the responsibility of the Spammer, and not Lunare.net.</p>
By sending Spam to any Local Address, it is assumed to be an advertisement of some sort.  As such, there is a fee schedule for any advertisement sent to a Local Address.  </p>
There is a $50.00 US charge for each Spam message received.</p>
There is a $50.00 US per day charge for each message stored on any Lunare.Net equipment, or the equipment of Lunare.net users.</p>
The duration of the storage of any message on any Lunare.net or affiliated equipment is at the sole discretion of the Lunare.net management, and affiliates.</p>
If you desire message removal, you may pay a $50.00 US Removal fee, and your message will be removed from the system and no further charges will accrue for that instance.
</p>Any Court Costs or collection fees will be the responsibility of the Spammer.</p>
Lunare.net reserves the right to use any methods necessary to investigate the spammer and Lunare.net will in no way be held liable for any damages to the spammer that may result.</p> 
These terms are binding and enforcable.
